Diablo’s story

Diablo is a 10 year old horse located in Salisbury, NC. He was trained as a racehorse when he was young and developed arthritis. Now he can only do walk/trot and his owner does not listen to what he can and can’t do. He is always lame, hardly ever has food, and sometimes doesn’t have water.
